Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty is a procedure to address cosmetic and functional concerns in the nose. It is a complex operation that requires specific tailoring to each patient’s individual needs and desires.

The goal of rhinoplasty is to create a customized operation that reflects the specific concerns and goals of the individual. A well-done rhinoplasty should have a natural appearance.

Otoplasty
Otoplasty is a procedure to address the prominence of the ears. Patients seeking consultation often describe their ears as “sticking out too far” or not having a normal-looking structure.

Ears can appear prominent for several reasons. The patient’s individual cause dictates the procedure needed, and each procedure is designed with the patient’s individual needs in mind.

Cosmetic Mole Removal
and Scar Revision
Patients can often feel unhappy with the appearance of a mole or an old scar. Consultation for cosmetic mole removal or scar revision can be arranged without a referral.

During consultation, Dr. Olson will discuss the desired outcome, along with potential risks, complications, and expectations for healing. Patients can let the office know if they would like to have a consultation and possible removal performed in one visit, or if they would prefer to have a consultation first and book the procedure for a later date.

Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia refers to the presence of breast tissue in the male chest. It can appear as fullness or lumps and can vary significantly in severity.
Surgery may involve removal or reduction of excess tissue, and may include liposuction depending on the individual case. In more severe cases, a second operation may be needed to address areola size after initial healing has occurred.

Carpel Tunnel Release
Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by compression of the median nerve at the wrist. Common symptoms include numbness in the fingertips, the hand falling asleep, weakness, clumsiness in the hand, and muscle wasting.

Carpal tunnel release is a procedure designed to release pressure on the median nerve. The time and severity of symptoms, as well as the patient’s age, will help determine the extent and timing of recovery.
